As CEO of The Attic Depot and our resident sales expert, Tom is passionate about helping contractors succeed. On the Insulation Training Hub, he teaches how to sell solar attic fans effectively and boost ticket averages, sharing his proven sales strategies and industry insights.
Tim Decker – Executive Vice President
Tim ensures everything at The Attic Depot runs smoothly, focusing on supporting distributors with the products, displays, and resources they need. His goal is to maintain seamless operations that benefit both contractors and distributors.
Sydney Norvell – Executive Assistant to the CEO
Sydney ensures Tom Decker’s schedule is perfectly organized, allowing him to dedicate his time to contractors and distributors. She keeps things running smoothly so Tom can stay accessible and focused on supporting the roofing community.
Justin Norvell – General Manager
Justin manages the day-to-day operations of The Attic Depot, focusing on keeping distributors stocked & equipped with everything they need. He ensures inventory is on point and operations run smoothly to support our distributors.
Dani Decker – Chief Operating Officer
Dani oversees all behind-the-scenes operations at The Attic Depot, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. She also manages the websites and training platforms, making her the go-to person for technical assistance or support with the learning platform.
Jesse Nunez – National Sales Manager
